Under normal household use and conditions, the frame is warranted to original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of product.
The manufacturer warrants to you that the spring construction in this product is free from defective material and workmanship for period of (5) years from the date of purchase under normal household usage.
Sleeper mechanisms will be free from defective materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase under normal household usage. The mechanisms in gliders will be free of material and manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
The manufacturer warrants all foam cushions against loss of foam resiliency for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Seat cushions and back cushions will conform to its user with use and aging. Do not confuse normal softening that occurs in all foam with actual loss of resiliency. only the latter is covered by this warranty. To keep your new purchase in best condition, we suggest vacuuming and turning the cushions over on a weekly basis.
Feather soft cushions consist of a high resiliency foam core wrapped with super soft foam, surrounded by a balanced blend of down, feather and multi-denier polyester fiber encased in a channeled down-proof ticking. While breathable ticking is down proof and creates a feather barrier, feathers, will poke through the fabric form time to time this is considered normal performance and is not a defect. Feather soft cushions are under warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. for 1 year.
Although the mill offers us no warranty on dye lot, C & L Design do not warranty the dye lot of fabric. Dye lot can vary from the fabric swatch to a roll.
Upholstery fabrics, including slipcover, are under warranty one (1) year against split seams. This warranty does not cover wearing wrinkling, fading, or fabric has been treated with a dealer or consumer applied soil repellent.
Platinum convoluted cushion lifetime warranty. Consumer needs to mail the warranty registration within 30 days from date of purchase to the manufacture of platinum foam. The address is right below the warranty service tag.
Although the mills offer us no warranty, C & L Design does not warranty the fabric, but if you feel there is a defect on the fabric, C & L will request a piece of the defective fabric. It can be a pillow or cushion to show the mill. If the mill agrees with you, then C & L Designs will reupholster the piece or pieces with the same fabric the mill provide to C & L Designs and C & L Designs will pick up the piece or pieces from the retailer store you purchase the item. C & L Designs will not pay any deliver fees. C & L Designs will provide the labor only. Very important, the mill may take from two (2) weeks to eight (8) weeks to give C & L an answer.
